We undertake complex projects such as modifications, damage repairs and conversions, and these can all be performed afloat.
2-stroke and 4-stroke engine overhauls
Our experienced mechanics are well uptodate with most 2-stroke and 4-stroke engine types.
Ballast water retrofits on location
3D Scanning and CNC Pipe fabrication allows us to prefab piping and install it on location.
Hybridisation retrofits
On-board Battery packs offers savings on fuel and maintenance. Our teams have recent experience with Hybrization projects ( installation and vessels modifications.

Afloat projects up to VLCC size in lay-by berth
We undertake complex projects such as modifications, damage repairs and conversions, and these can all be performed afloat. We have lay-by berths available up to VLCC size for clients looking for a cost- effective alternative to a drydock. Having engineering, as well as a CNC pipeshop in-house allows us to carry out large-scale retrofits, such as ballast water management systems, quickly and efficiently. We can execute complete turnkey projects or install equipment provided by the client.
Port repairs in the UAE and Oman
Our repair portfolio includes hull and deck steel repairs including pipework, hydro-blasting and painting works, mechanical works such as engine overhauling, hydraulic and electrical works.
Voyage repairs anywhere in the world
Our extensive workshops in Dubai, Sharjah and Fujairah serve as a base for our Afloat Repairs Division. CDC & BOSIET Certified Riding squads are available to meet customer requirements on board vessels in all UAE ports and anchorages, as well as on vessels underway anywhere in the world.

We have all major trades in-house, mainly carried out by our own staff. We offer 3D scanning, retrofitting, propeller repairs, thruster repairs, GRE piping, hydraulic and electric repairs. We have a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Production support team in-house.
